Odemira: municipality assigns 160 thousand euros Cultural and Recreational Associations.
The Municipality of Odemira approved the award of the total amount of 160 thousand euros associations and communities of the county which submitted applications to the Program to Support Cultural and Recreational Activities, in order to promote the cultural development of the territory.
In view of the applications submitted, the municipality awarded € 57,280.00 for crop production activities, 82.000,00€ for the promotion of cultural and recreational activities, 15.000,00€ for the purchase of equipment, 5.000,00€ for the improvement of facilities and € 720.00 for training, Total of 160,000.00 €.
Clubs and associations play an important role in the promotion and development of cultural and recreational initiatives in Odemira, counting for it with the support of the local authority in the implementation of events and projects. The Municipal Regulation Assignment Cultural Activity Awards and Recreational defines the criteria for the award of these grants.
