Nabeiro group: Ilda Vinegar is the new chef at the complex's restaurant ADAENS.

The chef who won two Michelin stars for land Santa Cruz, Ilda Vinegar, It is now ahead of the ADAENS restaurant kitchen, the new tourist complex Nabeiro-Delta Cafés Group.

Continuing a career of success, in Portugal and Brazil, Ilda Vinegar is back to basics.

To 63 years old and about four decades of dedication to gastronomy, Ilda Vinegar is a household name in cooking and art.

Your resume includes spells at restaurant "The Acorn", elvense the parish of Terrugem, Esporão, in the county Reguengos, Bela Sintra and Chiado, the latter two in Brazil and for each one of which won a Michelin star.

The other side of the Atlantic Fame chef Ilda has not stopped growing, thanks to its mastery of the reinvention of traditional Portuguese cuisine.

The return to Portugal happened two years ago to take over the kitchen of the restaurant in Lisbon S, and now chef Ilda accepted the invitation of the Administration of Nabeiro-Delta Cafés Group to lead the holiday complex restaurant space ADAENS, the Estate of New Adães, Campo Maior municipality.

The substantially 3 kilometers from Adega Mayor, between vineyards, olive and assembled, the new unit is extended by an extension 400 hectares and is equipped with various family leisure facilities. Staying in an old carriage or a bungalow adapted from a small vessel and browsing Honey Plant, the educational garden and the Nature Interpretation Center, Mel and Biodiversity, are just some of the offers that face our Guest ADAENS, whose official opening will take place soon.

For now, this start-up phase, ADAENS the restaurant is open daily and offers an experience based on the typical flavors of the Alentejo.
