"7 Wonders of the Bureau": Mesa City of Beja among the finalists.
As 49 Pre-finalists of candidates to contest the "7 Wonders of the Bureau" has been presented, a list headed by the Central region of the country. The Bureau city of Beja is one of seven of the Alentejo.
The Central region of the country, with 11, that is it has more pre-finishers, North then (nine pre-finishers), do Algarve (eight), Alentejo and Azores (seven each), Lisbon (four) and Madeira (three).
The competition received 182 Applications of the continent and islands, with the best food, wines, oils and tourist itineraries of each region, having selected 49, representing a total of 343 heritages.
These are the seven tables Alentejo: MESA BEJA CITY, FRIARS MESA VILLAGE A 'CATHEDRAL' SIZE OF WINES, BOAT AT THE TABLE ON SEA ZAMBUJEIRA, FLAVORS MONSARAZ MESA, ARRAIOLOS TABLE, BORBA TABLE and ALMEIRINENSE MESA.
In the seventh edition of the "7 Wonders of the Bureau" will be given a seal of approval to the honored tables, promoting the regions of Portugal as a tourist destination of reference.
